The noise level was unbearable, especially from upstairs. I could hear every word of conversations outside and it kept me awake. There were no shampoo products provided, only a single bar of soap, considering the price I paid for the night.

i had a fantastic weekend experience here, especially with the easy access to southbay pavilion for shopping and the beautiful victoria park just over 2 km away, perfect for a leisurely stroll in the afternoons.

Absolutely horrific experience! The noise from upstairs was unbearable. They have the nerve to provide one tiny bar of soap. I mean, for over $200, i expected at least a cute gesture or an upgrade. Almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't get over the popcorn ceilings and dreadful lack of amenities.
